Allan Kjaer Andersen, Director of school development, Bhartiya City Developers, Bangalore, India is an MA in Danish language, literature and history as well as a Master of Public Administration. He founded the Oerestad Gymnasium (high school) in 2005, which is one of the most popular gymnasiums in Denmark. Known for its media profile, ICT pedagogy, open learning spaces and innovative and student engaging teaching methods. From 2005-2018 he was the principal at Oerestad Gymnasium. The first Ashoka Changemaker School in Denmark. From May 2018 based in Bhartiya City in Bangalore, he is developing a school concept and a K- 12 school with the ambition to educate future leaders for India. The school is designed with open learning spaces and will mainly use digital learning resources. The pedagogy will be based on Project based Learning. The school will develop its own leadership curriculum, that will be merged with the ICSE and IB curriculum. The content will be framed on basis of UN’s Global goals for sustainable development. The school will open in June 2020 and be followed by otherschools. Allan is a presenter at International seminars and conferences on 21stcentury learning spaces and learning, technology in teaching and “the why of education” in the 21stcentury. He is a member of Global Schools Alliance as well as Member of HundrED academy, Finland.

Mr. Thoha Saleem is a strong educational professional, who has studied from The University of Nottingham, Maldives National University and NIE Singapore. An experienced managing director with a demonstrated history of working in education management, he has molded Ghiyassudin International School into a Microsoft showcase school as well as the most sought-after school on the Island of Male’ He has introduced multiple programmes like project-based learning, financial literacy and sustainable education initiatives all in keeping with his philosophy of nurturing a progressive school.
Based in New Delhi, Mahesh Balakrishnan has an extensive backgroundin Sales & Marketing and has over 2 decades of global business development experience across multiple industries. His experience includes working with regulators, policy makers and industryleaders. A passionate teacher and mentor, Mahesh brings in a decade of experience in education. He has worked across higher and primary education, online learning and technology in education in the fields of simulation and gamified learning. He also conducts corporate workshops. He has been active in student mentoring and providing them various career pathways to higher education. Mahesh holds an MSC in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and an MBA in Marketing from India.
Mr. Srivastava has been working with the Association of Indian Universities since 1984. Since 1st March 2009 he has headed the Department as Section Officer. Presently, he is the Under-Secretary Evaluation. He has long experience of handling the cases of equivalence of foreign degrees and School level qualifications and is well versed with the System of Education world over. He was a member of several Visiting Committees constituted to accord equivalence to PGDM programmes offered by institutions outside the purview of Universities, including IIMs.
